My name is Danielle Omar and I am a Registered Dietitian and Food Confidence Expert. I help successful professionals regain control over their health by teaching them how to make smart food choices.
 
I don’t preach diets and I won’t ever ask you to eat tasteless, “diet” foods. Instead, I show you how food can give you freedom.
