No Chocolate Zone?
The Washington, DC area has been hit pretty hard by snow this past week and we’ve been cooped up in our homes for almost a week.
In our house we’ve been eating and drinking way more than we are expending. I’m starting to feel it, people. It’s getting out of hand.
This weekend is Valentine’s Day and I’m trying to think outside the box (of chocolates). Ladies, do we really need any more chocolate, candy or other sweets? Do we need another dinner out? No. Husbands, boyfriends, bosses, and any other gift-giving males — help a sister out. Make this Valentine’s Day a chocolate-free-zone. She may not appreciate it on Sunday, but she’ll be thanking you later. Here are some ideas to make her forget all about Godiva:
– Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa service
– Bath basket loaded with scented candles, luxe lotions, her favorite CD, and a warm, cozy robe
– Sephora gift card
– 10 class Yoga pass to Inner Power Yoga
– La Perla lingerie
– Love bangles from AlexandAni
– a new puppy
Happy Valentine’s Day!
