Here’s a little of what I’m loving right now!
I just can’t get enough of Drew….Drew’s Rosemary Balsamic Salad Dressing, that is! I buy this stuff in bulk. I crave it. You can use it as a marinade or a salad dressing. Amazon even sells it in single serving packs to carry in your lunchbox. I get my fix at Whole Foods…haven’t found it anywhere else.
For protein shakes and smoothies I’ve been on a Jay Robb kick these days. It really is “the best protein powder on the planet.” The powder is so light, you can just stir it right into water. I blend mine up with unsweetened almond milk, some frozen fruit and a spoonful of almond butter. Find it on my Amazon online store or at Whole Foods.
Speaking of almond milk….have you tried almond creamer? My mom discovered this one at a health food store in Alexandria. You can use it anywhere you would use creamer — in coffee (yum!), in recipes and of course in desserts. It’s lactose/dairy free, gluten free, and soy free. I added it to my online store at Amazon.
Chef salt is my latest addiction! I’ve been using these chef-created salt blends on everything from salmon to soup to ground beef dishes. A little goes a long way and with flavors like Bamboo Curry and Tunisan Fire, you really don’t have to add much else! I bought a 3-pack here, straight from the chefs!
