Spring cleaning, here we come! It’s time to clean out your insides along with your closets! I just cleaned out my kitchen pantry and it felt so great. It feels the same way to detox your body – you feel light, clean, and full of energy. All by eating real, whole foods! NO gimmicky tonics or potions here.
How does it work?
My detox is a 21 day group program based on eating clean, real food. I provide you with the “rules” of what to eat and when, you pick from my recipes and resources to make it work for you. You can get creative and try out new foods or you can stick to old favorites and keep it simple. We meet once each week during the detox for a group phone call, then we hash it all out in a private Facebook group. The calls are recorded, so you won’t miss a thing if you can’t be on them live.

Anyone looking to change the way they think about food. This detox is perfectly fine if you have a gluten or dairy allergy, if your vegan, a meat-eater, an athlete, a stay at home mom or a super busy working parent – just about anyone can benefit from this clean eating style.

A healthy body detoxifies naturally, all day long, every single day. You detoxify your body simply by breathing, by regular elimination and through sweat. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to give up my morning coffee? Yes, I will encourage you to give it a go for just 21 days. You can do anything for 21 days, right? And you might just find that you never go back.
Can I detox while traveling? Yes, especially with business travel; nobody is perfect and there is always a way around it. If you have a vacation planned, I might suggest you wait for another session.
Will you be able to accommodate my allergies? Yes — and then some. We remove all common allergens during the detox.
Can I still do my boot camp workout while on the detox? Yes, we love sweat around here. I do encourage you to take it easy during the first week, but usually by the second week you are up and rearing to go!
The 21-day detox was a wonderful experience and helped me understand my food habits and how to manage them.
