Round Up of the Best Plant-Based Holiday Cookies
‘Tis the season to be baking…fa la la la la la la la la. The holiday season is my favorite time of year to bake because it means I get to make some plant-based versions of my favorite conventional (and unconventional) holiday treats! I promise, your friends and family will never know that these cookies are plant-based.
Here are a few of few of my favorite tried-and-true, plant-based holiday cookie recipes.
Italian Anginetti Cookies
There’s nothing like an Italian Christmas cookie, am I right? These Italian anginetti cookies practically scream Christmas. I always make these for my annual Christmas cookie swap because they’re a guaranteed hit!
