After working with Danielle, I have lost over 70 pounds (and counting!) and I better understand my hunger cues. I have a deeper understanding of what foods nourish my body and which ones make me feel like crap. I no longer believe that the only way to lose weight is to obsessively count calories (or points or whatever!).
I started working with Danielle because I wanted to change how I was eating and finally figure out a way to lose weight for good. When I started working with her I was overweight, pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol.

Danielle changed my life.
She spoke a quote once — and I’ll probably get it wrong but this is how I repeat it to myself regularly — “You cannot become who you’re not willing to be.” I live by that quote now. I may not make the healthiest choices all the time or spend my time as others may think I should, but I own all my decisions now! I am in control and do not feel guilty anymore!

I started working with Danielle because I wanted help to change my emotional eating patterns and find peace around food. I was so impressed with how much Danielle truly cares about me as a person.
She is so kind and compassionate, and her “superpower” is catching me when I am falling back into old patterns of judging myself or saying I “should” or I “need.” She is so perceptive and is able to identify ways for me to effect change in my life. I’m believing I’m worth caring for and increasingly looking for ways to ask for help when I need it. I’m more aware of how individual foods affect me and better understand the importance of dealing with my emotions to achieve my food goals.
I started out believing food is a solitary issue, but through Danielle’s coaching calls, weekly assignments, and answering my questions, I now believe that everything in my life is connected to my relationship with food. Growth in one area improves all the others.

MANY thanks for this program! I’m sleeping SO much better, my bloating is nearly gone, and it takes less food to satisfy my hunger.
The most meaningful change is the absence of feeling disappointed in myself in the morning for yet another night of poor choices, including excessive alcohol and unnecessary snacking. I wake up feeling proud of my choices.
Keeping meat and starchy veggies in the program was both a shocker and a welcomed treat. Those sweet potato toast slices with avocado are delightful. I add a slice of tomato for my afternoon snack and enjoy the kraut with lunch. My new go-to snack when I need crunch and the hand to mouth satisfaction are roasted chickpeas with a little salt. Delish!
Doing this program has given me the light structure I need to be able to listen to my body within the parameters of the program. I find I need some bit of structure to be successful.
