I’ve spent almost two decades helping women just like you transform their health. I’ve worked with moms, busy executives, business owners, teachers, accountants — pretty much every type of woman under the sun. We begin with a live, kick off broadcast where I walk you through “Preparation Week” and answer any questions you have. Get the scoop on the program guidelines, plus what to buy before the program starts to get you and your kitchen ready for clean eating!
Week 1: Remove
In Week 1 you’ll learn what to get rid of and what to stock up on as you replace your old diet with a new, clean way of eating. Learn how to select and store clean produce (and make it last), how to be a clean label reader, and all the benefits of living a clean lifestyle.
Week 2: Replace
Week 2 is all about optimizing digestion. We focus on fermented foods, supportive supplements, and what those pesky food cravings are really all about.
Week 3: Repair
Week 3 we learn how to create a personal self-care practice. We also learn how to make clean household cleaning products, and what ingredients are important to avoid in your skincare and makeup.
Week 4: Rebalance
Week 4 offers support for guiding you through the Rebalance part of the program. You will determine if you have food allergies or sensitivities, how to maintain your weight loss + how to live the Nourish lifestyle.
Why a group program is better than going it alone:
A busy life can get in the way of a healthy lifestyle. While we might be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits. A group program provides accountability through online support and daily motivation.
Making big diet changes can be isolating. This program is designed to give you the community support you need as you go through the process. Nourish “repeaters” are always there to lend a helping word of wisdom or point you to a great resource.
I’m 100% committed to giving you the direction and support you need to make your program a success. Unlike other group programs, you have daily access to me for questions and motivation, to share a success, or to get unstuck!
Simple is better. I’ve developed a process that makes transitioning to a clean eating lifestyle a powerful, but doable experience.
When you change your diet you are able to uncover unhealthy eating patterns you didn’t even know you had. In a group setting you learn so much about yourself from everyone else’s experiences and are held accountable with daily interaction. Group support is one of the most effective ways to create permanent lifestyle changes.
Working with me in a group program is much less expensive than working with me for private nutrition counseling. In a group program, you get the best of both worlds at a much cheaper cost to you.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Will I be hungry in the program?
You may experience slight hunger the first two days of the program, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plansI have put together for you. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will keep you full and satisfied!
Will I have to spend a lot of time cooking?
This program does require a bit of effort in the kitchen. This means that you will have to go grocery shopping, do some meal planning, and yes….cook! However, what you cook does not have to be complicated or gourmet, you can eat as simply or as complex as you want to. You don’t have to spend long hours in the kitchen preparing food, but you do need some basic cooking skills. Lucky for you that learning to cook is as easy as reading a recipe. Your Nourish Cookbook is packed with amazing recipes that will likely become family favorites!
Will I really see results in just 21 days?
When you eat food that doesn’t agree with your body you can feel bloated, sluggish and lethargic. Nourish gives you the results you’re looking for because you remove the foods that cause irritation and inflammation in your body. Symptoms like gas, bloating and heartburn disappear. By removing these inflammatory foods, your body will be able to heal itself, from the inside out.
Do I have to live in your city to participate?
NO! This is a virtual program, anyone can participate from anywhere!
Do I need fancy kitchen equipment?
No. All you need is a fridge that can hold lots of fruits, veggies, and leafy greens and a good blender. A food processor helps, too.
Do I have to be available for live webinars?
No. All the information is housed in a private program page.
You can access the materials each week and listen to the modules whenever it works best for you.
What foods do I have to give up on the program?
Don’t worry. You’re still eating “normal” foods. Vegans and vegetarians are welcome!
Most of you will break from added sugars, processed foods, gluten, and dairy and fill up on fruits, veggies, greens, gluten-free grains, nuts, seeds, and lots more delicious clean foods. Some people choose to eat organic meats, chicken and turkey and cold-water fish while others prefer to go meat-free. You will also take a break from coffee and alcohol, but green tea is allowed.
What if I’m traveling during the program?
This program is about lasting change and eating out is a part of life!
You will learn how to make the cleanest choice while eating on the go.
Will I have to take supplements?
I do make supplement recommendations that offer healing support to your digestive tract, if needed.
But you don’t HAVE to take anything. SUPPLEMENTS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
Can I ask you questions during the program?
Yes! I am ready to help you 24/7 on a private Facebook group page.
You can also ask me personal stuff via email.
As a dietitian, I already think a lot about food and health – and I have to admit that I was a skeptic going into Nourish the first time. But now I’m a believer. What makes Danielle unique is how approachable she is as a coach, and how reasonable the Nourish “demands” are. If you let it, Nourish does a 180 degree turn on your life, but it doesn’t feel like it. Danielle knows what needs to change and what sacrifices aren’t necessary.
