    You and me on the phone (or in person, if you’re local) for a 90 minute laser-focused strategy session. We will dive deep into your short and long-term nutrition goals and what’s getting in the way of you meeting them. Based on an extensive assessment, we will strategize and customize how you eat to create harmony with your lifestyle, your health, and your palate. Whether your goal is weight loss, healing digestive issues, personal detox, creating a clean eating lifestyle, or even training for your first 10K, we will create a plan specifically for you!

    Your Personal Action Plan
    After our initial session, I’ll craft your Food Confidence Action Plan. You’ll know the exact next steps you’ll need to take to achieve the results you are looking for. No more fad diets or following the next diet craze. No more wondering how to achieve your health goals.You will understand exactly why you eat the way you do and you’ll have a brand new eating plan. You’ll get the clarity and specifics you’ve been longing for with a plan that is easy to follow. With your Action Plan in hand, you will feel empowered and know exactly what to do to meet your goals. (My action plans include supplement recommendations.)

    45-minute Follow-Up Session
    Two weeks after your strategy session, we will meet by phone for a follow-up session to address any questions you have and to tweak your plan, as needed.

    30 days of Support
    I believe the road to food confidence is paved with good intentions. I also know that life happens. It seems that as soon as you start taking action to eat better you are immediately confronted with crazy food situations and unexpected emotions. This is why I won’t leave you hanging. For 30 days after your follow-up session, you have full access to me via email. You can email me anytime and I’ll answer any questions or concerns that came up since our session. I want you to be successful, stay on track, and make permanent changes in your life, so I have your back.
