Strategy sessions are for you if you’re looking to solve a specific problem (like the ones above!) and are looking for my expert advice, experience, resources, strategy, perspective, and nutrition know-how!

Sessions may be broken up into one 60-minute and one 30-minute session or used as a single 90-minute session.
