I started making frozen smoothie packs for my clients years ago in my catering business. I would stuff all the smoothie ingredients into plastic freezer bags, so all they had to do was pull one out, add their liquid, and blend.

What I love about freezer prep bags is that you can make an entire week’s worth of smoothies in no time at all. Game changer!

Here's how to do it:

🍓Layer frozen fruit, powders, nut butters, seeds, chopped veggies and chopped greens into quart-size freezer bags.

🍓Squeeze out the air in the bag, seal it, and freeze for up to 3 months.

🍓To make your smoothie, pour the ingredients into your blender, add your liquid of choice, and blend until smooth.
