chia seed pudding with mango and kiwi

Mango-Kiwi Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1 oz chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tsp real maple syrup or a few drops liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 cup mango sliced
  • 1 kiwis sliced
  • 6 oz mango yogurt
  • 2 Tsp hemp seeds


  1. Combine chia seeds, sweetener, and nut milk in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate for about an hour, overnight or just until thickens. Peel and chop mango. Peel and slice kiwi. Add chia to serving glass, layer with yogurt and top with fruit. Sprinkle with hemp seeds or nuts. Enjoy!
