Crispy Chickpea Snack Maple Cinnamon Flavored

  • 15 oz. chickpeas canned (BPA free if possible)
  • 1.5 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ΒΌ tsp. nutmeg


  1. Rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with towel. Allow to air dry for one hour.
  2. Heat oven to 350 F/176 C.
  3. Combine oil & seasoning. Toss with chickpeas and coat well.
  4. Line on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or if you prefer more crispy chickpeas leave in for one hour.
  6. Serve immediately & enjoy.
