Beet Hummus

  • 1 can Garbonzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cooked beet
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Pomegranate arils as garnish
  • Sesame Seeds or Za'atar as garnish
  • Microgreens as garnish


  1. Combine all ingredients the container of a blender or food processor. Pulse blender or
    food processor until mixture is completely smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides. Spread hummus on toast and top with pomegranate arils, za’atar or sesame seeds, and microgreens.
