chopped into cubes

can Butter beans
drained and rinsed

can Garbonzo beans
drained and rinsed

carrots
peeled and chopped

can diced tomatoes

bag frozen spinach

organic vegetable broth

tsp
dried basil
1
tsp
dried parsley
1
tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
Italian herbamare seasoning
Instructions
Place all ingredients except spinach into crock pot and cook on high 4-5 hours or until potatoes are soft. Add spinach 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
