drained and rinsed

small jars coarsely chopped marinated artichoke hearts in oil

grape tomatoes
halved

sliced black olivesĀ

prepared pesto

pine nuts
Instructions
Toss black eyed peas, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and olives with pesto in bowl. Garnish with pine nuts.
