smoked trout
skin removed and chopped

heaping tablespoon Creme Fraiche

capers

chopped chives
juice from half a lemon
Instructions
Chop your trout into bite sized pieces. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl and mix gently to combine. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.
