Olive Oil

garlic, minced or chopped

white beans (not drained)
2
bags
escarole (or 2 whole heads)
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Saute the garlic in the olive oil in a large dutch oven. Add the greens and cook down. Add the canned beans and their juice. Season with salt and pepper, to taste!
