My integrative approach is based on food science, functional nutrition, human physiology, and the practiced tools I’ve acquired from 20 years of doing this work.
I have a Masters degree in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. I’m an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and serve as the Past Chair of the Dietitians in Integrative & Functional Medicine, and am a past Chair of the Council on Practice for the Northern Virginia Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
