training 3: Build Metabolic Flexibility
Metabolic flexibility is the ability to burn fat for energy and it’s the cornerstone of metabolic mastery. In this module we’ll dive into fat-adaptation, inflammation, and cellular health. You’ll learn the most important food and lifestyle factors that affect your metabolism, hormones and blood sugar, and how to improve your own metabolic flexibility. You’ll also get my unique “conscious carb method” to help you determine your own personal carb threshold for optimal fat burning and to create a more resilient physiology.
training 4: Activate Your Natural Healing Power
Fasting truly is your body’s built-in healing power. In this module, you’ll learn how to use fasting as a tool for cellular repair, to reduce and calm inflammation, and recalibrate your relationship with food. You’ll learn how to use various different types of fasting protocols and variations, how to create your own flexible fasting plan, and how to become an intuitive faster.
training 5: Nourish Your Gut-Brain Connection
Targeted nutrition has the power to boost brain function and impede aging. Much of this starts in the gut. In this workshop, you’ll learn how the gut-brain connection affects mood, memory and aging. You’ll also understand how your sleep, stress response, exercise, and other lifestyle factors affect how you feel, think, age and eat! This workshop includes detailed information on how to eat to fuel cognition for better memory, concentration, hormone balance, and gut health.

Pro-inflammatory foods, hormone disruptors, and environmental toxins increase inflammation and prevent cellular healing.
