I know what it’s like to put my well-being on the bottom of my to-do list.
Do you do that, too? Schedule in your self-care? As if taking care of yourself is something you should have to write down in order to get done.
I get it though, there was a time I put myself on the backburner while putting everything and everyone in my life first.
I was craving an aligned life that felt good, but instead I wasn’t being honest about my true desires. I was stuck in a pattern of I’ll start tomorrow.
It took me way too long to figure out I was worthy of creating a life that I was truly excited about. And not from a lack of trying; I was doing the work! I read all the books, took all the classes…
Once I truly got (and by “got” I mean the kind of knowing you can’t ever un-know) that only I had the power to change my life, “inner work” became my part-time job! I knew I didn’t want to be stuck anymore, and I had to find a way to create the magical life that I dreamt about.
And the good news is – I figured it out!
I know what it takes to create space in your life for the inner work that will help you become the healthiest version of you, done your way.
And by that I mean, a way that feels aligned and effortless, and that you know in your heart you can actually sustain.
Here’s what I figured out –
There are two key things you need to cultivate when creating your own healthy lifestyle.
Food Confidence + A Healthy Mindset
You no longer second guess your food choices. You know what foods work for you and that there’s no “wrong way” to get healthy.
You no longer force yourself to follow someone else’s diet dogma – you know that just because it works for them doesn’t mean it works for you, because you’ve learned how to feel into your food choices.
All the old thoughts of not having the time, the know-how or the motivation to live the healthy lifestyle you desire are gone and you show up in your life confidently.
You’ve made friends with food – you don’t dread meal planning, you’ve stopped avoiding social situations around food, you don’t binge over the weekend, only to shame yourself come Monday. You have respect and reverence for your body and the food that goes into it.
You eat consciously and no longer give your power away to food. You are aligned with the type of eater you want to be and your food choices reflect that. Cravings and guilt after eating are a thing of the past because you don’t deprive yourself of the foods you desire.
You’ve tapped into your inner guidance, you know that how you FEEL about food is more important than all of those good food / bad food lists you’ve followed your whole life.
You don’t use food to process your emotions anymore – you understand that alignment is the way back to feeling good, not ice cream & cookies.

What if I don’t have time to watch all of the sessions?
That’s totally fine! All of the Nourish Every Day live streams are recorded and available to you on the replay. You can join each session live or just listen to the sessions you’re called to on the replay. YOU get to choose what feels aligned with your needs each month.
What results can I expect from this program?

I follow a specific diet, like vegan or gluten-free, will I be able to use the cookbooks and meal plan?
Absolutely! The cookbooks contain a beautiful mix of recipes that fit most any palate and lifestyle. And the cooking demos are designed to enhance what you’re currently eating while expanding your usual repertoire. I prepare a variety of foods and dishes with a focus on essential nutrients, simplicity, and tons of flavor!
Do I have to be on Facebook to participate?
The training sessions and cooking demos will stream live in Facebook, but the replays will be available on a separate website portal for those not on Facebook.
What if I need additional support?
While this is not a coaching program, there is plenty of opportunities to get your personal questions answered during the live sessions. If you desire additional 1:1 support beyond what this program offers, you will have the option to add-on a coaching package for more individual support after you join.
