Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, etc.
  • 1 banana
  • 10 – 12 mint leaves
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

Directions: Blend banana with liquid and add in other ingredients progressively. Blend until smooth.

Banana Blueberry Blast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, etc.
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh in season)
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 4 leaves kale

Directions: Blend liquid with fruits, add greens progressively, and blend until smooth. Use more or less water as desired.

Green Goddess

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, etc.
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 small handful of baby spinach

Directions: Blend liquid with mango, and add in other greens progressively. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Post-Workout Protein Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk, etc.
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp organic cocoa powder
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Green Morning

Ingredients

  • 5-6 stalks of kale
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • dash cinnamon
  • half an avocado

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Tropical Swiss

Ingredients

  • 3-4 stalks swiss chard
  • ½ cup raspberries, frozen
  • ½ cup pineapple, frozen
  • ½ cup peaches, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 4-6 oz unsweetened coconut milk

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
